Here's the irony; if they asked me I'd probably say know. I don't really want to hang out with most of them and it's not worth it to me to go out with all when I really only like a few. But I guess that's not the point. Anyway, I don't want to go, but am embarrassed that no one asks. How stupid.
I guess in the end we just like to know that we are needed, or at least wanted. I guess that's not all bad. That's why we tolerate family and friends. We like to think they need us. We keep coming back because we want to be wanted. In the end we need them to make us feel needed. Isn't that the basis of our human relationships?
